Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Hubert O. Sibley K-8 Academy!
It is my pleasure to welcome both our returning families and those joining our school community for the first time. At Sibley, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every student is empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
This year, our theme is “Mission Possible: Empowering Every Learner.” This theme reflects our belief that every child can succeed when provided with high-quality instruction, meaningful support, and opportunities to discover their unique strengths. Together, we will inspire our students to embrace challenges, pursue excellence, and achieve their goals.
As a STArts Magnet School, we remain dedicated to integrating Science, Technology, and the Arts to create innovative learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Our exceptional faculty and staff are committed to ensuring that all students receive the tools and support they need to thrive.
We recognize that a strong partnership between home and school is essential to student success. We encourage families to stay actively involved by attending school events, participating in parent workshops, joining our PTA, and maintaining open communication with teachers and staff throughout the year.
I am honored to serve as the principal of Hubert O. Sibley K-8 Academy and look forward to working alongside our students, families, faculty, and community partners to make this school year one of growth, achievement, and unforgettable experiences.
